- Create easy-to-read and culturally sensitive materials, multimedia programs, and websites
- Train and present on a variety of topics related to health literacy, plain language, and cross cultural communication
- Develop and teach curricula that engage health professionals, teachers and learners
- Communicate across cultures and enhance cultural understanding
- Collaborate with researchers and business partners to promote effective practice
